Navy Acquisition Information.

Learn how the Department of the Navy conducts its business, and how you can identify business opportunities.

The majority of the Business Opportunities available from the Naval Supply Systems Command NAVSUP Enterprise are made accessible electronically. There are a few steps suppliers are required to take, in order to maximize their opportunities with us.

These steps are:

  • Visit the Business Partner Network website

  • Register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database.

  • Complete your On-Line Representations and Certifications in the ORCA database.

  • Register with the Navy Electronic Commerce Online (NECO) website (NECO is the Navy site for posting solicitations and amendments and for submission of electronic responses to solicitations)

  • Complete the Daily Email Customization when completing NECO registration.

  • Monitor the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO or FedBizOpps) website for the few NAVSUP requirements that are not listed in the NECO application.

FedBizOpps is designated as the single government point-of-entry (GPE) for all Federal government procurement opportunities over $25,000.

  • Review the Defense Logistic Information Service FAQ to determine if your company requires a DD Form 2345 in order to qualify to receive DoD provided drawings.

  • Register on the Federal Technical Data Solutions (FedTeDS) website. FedTeDS is an online site designed to posting acquisition related information related to solicitations posted on NECO and FedBizOpps.
