  • The Army Publishing Directorate (APD) is the Army’s centralized publications and forms management organization.
    APD provides quality information, publishing services, business process support, and content management of Department of the Army (DA) publishing products in support of the warfighter, Army transformation, the Army Campaign Plan, the Business Management Modernization Program (BMMP) and in streamlining administrative functional business processes, leveraging existing technologies.   

GSA Forms (GSA)
The GSA forms originate within General Services Administration. They are most often used by GSA associates, contractors and customers.
